The room was beautifully decorated and had a travel cot, with a very spacious bathroom; the setting by the river was magnificent; and the staff were excellent and friendly at all times.

I would say that it has outstanding service.

I thoroughly enjoyed that the rooms were well-appointed with bath. The location itself was beautiful in the distance the tree covered hills. An attached restaurant offered Indian meals.

Spacious and very comfortable. We stayed at a beautiful cottage with spacious grounds and high-quality furnishings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and picturesque scenery. The staff in the office and estate were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was luxurious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable Easter break.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, with cobwebs and dust in some areas.

The property was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group of 10. The hot tub, log burner, and games room provided plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults. The ambience of the place was warm and inviting, making it very easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having a sauna cabin onsite. Additionally, being located near Scotland's best inland courses, including Gleneagles and Rosemount, was a bonus for any golf enthusiasts in the family. We thoroughly enjoyed the course, which was known as Perthshires finest nine hole. The kids had a blast playing and the adults appreciated the beautiful surroundings.

For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor activities for kids.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with a charming country feel that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the reception and dining areas, were well-maintained and comfortable. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy-to-navigate corridors and lifts available for those with mobility issues.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, as sometimes it felt like the children working there were not as attentive as I would have liked.

the apartment was superb. everything was clean and comfortable. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. amenities were conveniently located, which was especially great for someone with limited mobility. overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations in beautiful kenmore.

Televisions need clearer instructions.

The accommodation at this country estate is top-notch, with well-appointed furnishings and thoughtful touches like a selection of DVDs and games. the apartments offer stunning views of the surrounding hills, and the balcony is a perfect spot to soak in the scenery. Guests can also enjoy excellent lakeside dining at the Waterfront restaurant nearby.

The Courtyard Bar and Restaurant could use some updating, as it appears a bit tired and worn.
